Privacy Policy

STATURE Mechanics is local-first by default. Profiles, saved comparisons, WODs, rosters, tracking entries, and most workspace state are stored in your browser on your device unless you explicitly export or sync them.

If you clear browser storage, reinstall the browser, or switch devices without exporting a backup, that local data can be lost.

Most browsing does not require an account. Data is only sent to STATURE Mechanics-controlled services when you use optional features that need it.

• •Newsletter capture sends your email address to the newsletter provider when the public capture form is enabled.
• •Auth and sync send your email address, account identifiers, and synced records when those features are enabled.
• •Billing and license flows may process purchase-related identifiers, entitlement state, and restore information.
• •Operational analytics may collect product usage events and page metadata, but not the contents of your local training data by default.

If newsletter capture is enabled, STATURE Mechanics uses your submitted email address to send newsletters and product emails. Those emails should include an unsubscribe path.

Transactional or purchase-related messages, when applicable, may still be sent for billing, restore, or account operations even if you are not subscribed to marketing email.

Data is used to operate the app, restore access you have paid for, protect public endpoints from abuse, and understand which parts of the product are being used.

STATURE Mechanics is designed to minimize manual support overhead, so the product favors self-serve restore, backup, and checkout flows over broad data collection.

Height, weight, body-proportion, workout, and training-history inputs may not always be regulated the same way as medical records, but STATURE Mechanics treats them as sensitive in practice and encourages you to do the same.

Do not use STATURE Mechanics to store diagnoses, treatment plans, or other sensitive medical information in notes, exports, or shared screenshots.

Local browser data remains on your device until you remove it, overwrite it, or restore another workspace.

Server-side records connected to auth, sync, newsletter, billing, or abuse protection are retained for operational, security, and accounting purposes for as long as reasonably needed.

If you need a privacy or deletion request for server-side data, use the support contact or purchase-email channel currently published by STATURE Mechanics.

STATURE Mechanics is not directed to children under 13. The newsletter, account, and billing flows should not be used by children under 13, and STATURE Mechanics does not intend to knowingly collect personal information from them through those features.

STATURE Mechanics uses reasonable technical safeguards, but no web service or browser storage layer is guaranteed to be perfectly secure or durable.

You are responsible for exporting backups you want to keep and for avoiding sensitive personal, medical, or regulated data inside free-form fields.

If a security incident affecting server-side data triggers notice obligations under applicable law, STATURE Mechanics may provide the notices required for that incident and product scope.
