Refunds & Cancellations

For digital STATURE Mechanics Pro purchases, refund requests should be made within 14 days of the initial charge or a renewal charge you believe was made in error.

Refund decisions may consider product abuse, repeated restoration attempts, prior refunds, and whether the request appears to be a duplicate, fraudulent, or chargeback-driven claim.

If recurring plans are enabled, cancelling stops future renewals. Access continues through the paid term already covered by your last successful payment unless the purchase is refunded or reversed.

A cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for time that has already been billed.

Lifetime or one-time purchases are intended as non-recurring access grants. If one of those purchases is refunded, the associated entitlement and restore access may be revoked.

Use the support or purchase-email channel included in your receipt when requesting a refund, cancellation clarification, or Pro restore help.

Include the email used at purchase, the plan purchased, the approximate charge date, and a short explanation of the issue so the request can be matched quickly.

If checkout is enabled, payment processing, receipts, and applicable sales tax or VAT handling may be managed by STATURE Mechanics' checkout provider or merchant of record.

A provider handling payment operations does not replace STATURE Mechanics' in-app refund, entitlement, or access policies.

Submitting a chargeback after receiving a refund, repeatedly requesting refunds after heavy use, or attempting to keep paid access after payment reversal may lead to access removal and future purchase restrictions.
