STATURE Mechanics provides biomechanics, training-analysis, and comparison software. It is not medical advice, injury diagnosis, coaching certification, or a substitute for professional judgment.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the app's calculations, recommendations, and training outputs.

Do not use STATURE Mechanics as the sole basis for medical, rehabilitation, emergency, or return-to-play decisions.

The free launch path is local-first and can be used without an account. If auth, sync, or paid features are enabled later, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in links, purchase receipts, and license details secure.

A Pro purchase grants access according to the plan purchased. Access can be suspended or revoked for fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or deliberate misuse of restore flows.

STATURE Mechanics is not directed to children under 13, and those users should not use newsletter, account, or billing features.

You may not use STATURE Mechanics to interfere with the service, bypass feature gates, spam public endpoints, scrape the app in a way that harms availability, or reverse engineer protected commercial flows beyond what lawfully applies.

STATURE Mechanics, its branding, product copy, software, visual assets, and generated analysis formats remain the property of the product owner except where third-party licenses apply.

You retain rights to the data you enter, but you grant STATURE Mechanics the limited rights needed to process that data when you use optional server-backed features.

Paid features, if enabled, are offered on a self-serve basis and may change over time. Pricing, billing cadence, restore flows, and entitlement behavior are described in the app at the time of purchase.

Refunds and cancellation handling are described on the Refunds & Cancellations page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

STATURE Mechanics may change, limit, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, or product direction.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. STATURE Mechanics does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or preservation of local browser data.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, STATURE Mechanics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the service.
